PowerBall

The Powerball winning numbers for Saturday, August 6, 2011 are 25, 30, 54, 57, 59, the Powerball is 6, and the PowerPlay is X 3.
The bad news? There were no $180M Powerball jackpot winners last night. The good news? The next Powerball drawing rolled over and will be worth an estimated $220,000,000, and who doesn't need an extra couple hundred million sitting in their bank account?
For the past eleven drawings the Powerball jackpot has been climbing higher and higher. The last time someone won the Powerball jackpot was on June 29, 2011 for $77,100,000 annuity, or $40,827,464 cash. The winning Powerball ticket was purchased in Georgia. According to the official Powerball website, this winning lottery ticket remains unclaimed.

Powerball Winners August 6, 2011
There may not have been a jackpot winner, but there are a total of 1,431,556 Powerball winners across the country that will claim $9,847,891 in cash prizes as a result of Saturday night's drawing. Surprisingly, there were no $1,000,000 PowerPlay winners for August 6th, and there were only eight (8) second-tier Match 5 + 0 winners for $200,000 each.
For a jackpot prize of this magnitude—and $180,000,000 is huge by anyone's standards—there are usually many more million dollar winners and second-tier lottery winners. Some of the eight $200,000 winners purchased their Powerball tickets at stores in Idaho, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
There were also sixty-two (62) Match 4 + 1 winners for $10,000 each. Five (5) of these winners purchased PowerPlay tickets, which means their $10,000 prize would be multiplied by last night's PowerPlay number of 3, instantly increasing their winnings to $30,000!
